Who holds the encryption key?<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

You do. Data is encrypted on your machine before it is sent, with a key that only you hold. It remains encrypted during transfer and throughout the storage period.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

What happens in the event of ransomware?<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Your backups are stored outside your network. Anti-ransomware protection monitors file changes to detect an attack. With immutable storage, backups can be neither modified nor deleted. We restore a version from before the attack.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
