What the IMMUTABLE offer includes
WORM storage
Data can be neither modified nor deleted during the retention period you choose, up to 10 years. Every action, even by an administrator, is logged and backed up. Unrestricted reading and restore.
End-to-end encryption
Encryption at the source on your machine, key held by you alone, data encrypted during transfer and storage.
Secure hosting
Dedicated servers, replicated across several European countries, in ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centers. Disks renewed regularly, growing server fleet, possible extension to other countries. Processing compliant with the GDPR.
Monitoring and support
24/7 backup monitoring with alerts. Phone and email support: terms specified in your quote.

Per virtual server, or 20 € per month per physical server. Only one agent per machine, whatever the number of services, except with SMART, whose agent is reserved for that offer.

Fast restore
from 15 € / month
Archived system image to restore a server quickly: 15 € per month for the half-yearly version, 60 € for the monthly version, per server and per TB. Deployment by a technician: 45 € excl. VAT per hour.

Duration, deletion, subscription
How long does my data remain protected?
You choose the retention period, up to a maximum of 10 years. Beyond that, you renew your contract to obtain a new 10-year immutable storage.
Can an administrator delete a backup?
No. Every action, even by an administrator, is logged and backed up. A deletion is itself a recorded event: it erases neither the history nor the document.
Do I need a WeDoBack backup subscription?
No. The IMMUTABLE offer can be subscribed to on its own, with one agent per machine, or in addition to SMART, INTEGRAL, DRP or BCP.
